I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received! I found myself stranded on the side of the road and, luckily, I made the call for help. The response was immediate! The mechanic arrived promptly, diagnosing the issue with my car on the spot. He even went the extra mile, heading to the nearest store to grab the necessary part. Before I knew it, my car was fixed and I was back on the road. Truly professional and honest—I've never felt more relieved!

My car needed brakes badly and it was metal to metal almost requiring me to get rotors BUT I called Northcutt Auto Repair and all I had to do was get the car to the shop. Mr. Northcutt took care of everything from having the parts delivered to fixing my car so quick. All 4 brakes were fixed even though I only needed the front driver brake done. Mr. Northcutt was extremely thorough and professional. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. This shop has a loyal and return customer forever! My brakes was very bad on my car at the point I barely could stop. Arshay took care of the problem plus other problems he discovered while he was changing out my brakes. He did an excellent job and I was able to get back on the road. Arshay prices was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend my friends and family to use him a try in looking into any of their auto repair problems.
